SUMMARY:EOEOrtho FRCS teaching: Spines
DESCRIPTION:Norwich will once again be hosting their brilliant teaching day on spines. Topics covered include the spine CBDs\, examinations and viva practice. \n  \nThe main portion of the day will consist of group stages\, where groups of ~5 registrars will rotate through all the stations. \nIndustry will have 15 minutes to showcase and teach on pre-arranged topics.  We expect upto 40 delegates\, however final numbers will be confirmed in the next few weeks. \n  \nDepuy Synthes: Pedicle screws/the fracture kit (with spinal sawbones); alternatively a talk/demo on PEEK/Titanium with Basic Science \nSI-Bone: a 5 minute presentation on SIJ fusions\, with a review of the current evidence \nStryker: a demonstration of Navigation with sawbones and any relevant evidence \nZimmer: a 5 minute presentation/demo on Cervical Disc Replacements\, with a review of the current evidence and potential future \n  \nDinner after at The King’s Head in Bawburgh. \nsign up here
