CFTC 2018 – 26th and 27th April in Cambridge, UK.  

We are developing a new approach to trauma conferences which reflects the unique interaction between trauma systems and clinical medicine.

The conference has three objectives:

 

  1. To use world class trauma expertise to develop skills and understanding.
  2. To encourage networking, collaboration, and innovation.
  3. To learn from excellence outside of medicine.

Speakers include Karim Brohi, Clinical Director for Major Trauma in London; Ed Barnard, Consultant in PHEM Defence Medical Services; Steve Eaton MBE, Performance Development Consultant at DNA Definitive; Rob Loe, Director of the Relational Schools Foundation, Karyn McCluskey, Chief executive of Community Justice Scotland, Angelos Kolias, Lecturer in Neurosurgery at the University of Cambridge; Peter Bates, Consultant in Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery, Royal London Hospital; and Alain Vuylsteke, Clinical Director of the National Respiratory ECMO Service, Papworth Hospital, Cambridge.
