Dear colleagues,

We are excited to let you know that we are now able to let you know about the first in a series of workshops we are running in collaboration with the EoE Leadership Academy for scheme leads and other people who have been instrumental in promoting and developing mentoring across the East of England.

The first of our mentoring development workshops is “Present Yourself with Confidence and Understanding the Imposter Phenomenon”.  It is being held on 24th April at the Deakin Centre in Addenbrookes Hospital and is free to attend.

To register for a place, please click on the Eventbrite link below.

We look forward to seeing some of you at the workshop.  We will let you know about further workshops in this series soon.

The other workshops in the series will be

-Extending Mentoring Skills

-Wellbeing and Resilience

-Managing Difficult Conversations: Mentoring, Coaching, Supervision and Performance.

Just to clarify the target audience, these workshops are aimed at scheme leads, the consultants supporting them and dedicated and enthusiastic mentors nominated by their scheme leads.  We have this distributed this email to the named scheme leads we are aware of but please share it with your colleagues who meet this criteria.

Best wishes,

The HEE EoE Mentoring team
