Health Education England East of England is pleased to announce that bookings are now open for the Coaching & Mentoring – HEE EoE Mentor Training Course. There are currently two available dates; Friday 7th December, and Friday 14th December 2018. These will both be 9 am to 4.30 pm workshops, held at West Wing, 2-4 Victoria House, Capital Park, Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5XB.


What is it?


The HEE east of England Coaching and Mentoring team are pleased to welcome a new Mentoring Fellow, Rujuta Roplekar.  She would like to familiarise herself with our mentor training materials and we would therefore like to offer a Mentor Training Workshops on two dates: 7th and 14th December 2018.


The workshops are open to mentors in existing or imminent east of England mentoring schemes for doctors in training.


You will learn about:


  • What is mentoring?
  • The benefits of mentoring
  • What makes a good mentor
  • The mentoring relationship
  • How to structure a mentoring session
  • Mentoring skills


Am I Eligible?


These workshops are aimed at both trainees and educators; who are currently running or soon launching a mentoring scheme for Trainee Doctors in the east of England as well as all mentors within these schemes.
