Orthopaedic Anatomy Course – Norwich

This local course focuses on the orthopaedic surgical approaches to the upper and lower limbs. The course will include small group discussions on orthopaedic approaches to the limbs followed by the opportunity to do the approaches on a cadaver. The course will be held at the Anatomy Department, University of East Anglia.

Shoulder                                                        Hip

Elbow                                                             Knee

Forearm                                                         Ankle

Carpal tunnel                                                Foot

Upper and lower limb fasciotomies

 

There are only SIX places on the course. The course is initially open to ST3 and ST4’s on the East of England Orthopaedic Training rotation. After the 1st May any available spaces will be open to East of England orthopaedic trainees at any level. The course is free and funded by the deanery.
